Students must complete the form and return the forms to the counseling office before school, during lunch or after-school only.

Examples of valid schedule changes include: previously passed course, need pre-requisite for course, graduation requirement and/or college entrance requirement. Requests for schedule changes based on teacher or period preference will not be approved.

Students should not be sent to the counselors for schedule changes – the counselors will send call slips for students whose schedule change request is approved. The last day to request a schedule change is September 10th.
