This one-year advanced placement course is a comprehensive study of the Spanish language focusing on grammar/literature for native speaker students, as well as honors non-native students. The course is designed for students who have a proficient to advanced knowledge of the Spanish language. The class is conducted completely in Spanish. Students will be part of this course based on their progression through the World Language Program at Centinela Valley Union High School District, as well as any other educational institution. Students will be able to: analyze, interpret and apply the language at an advanced level, express themselves orally by convincing, arguing, inquiring, and describing in the target language. This course will also give the student the opportunity to acquire transferable college units contingent to passing the AP Language examination at the end of the school year.

*He will grade you on the class presentation.
*Mr. Perez will use a presentation rubric that we both agreed on (10 Minutes)
*I will grade your powerpoint slides or video (4-5 Slides or 10 minute video)
*Grades will be posted on PowerSchool.
