In celebration of Women’s History Month, we are proud to present Breaking the Mold: Women Who Redefined History, a school wide educational event led by Mr. Contarsy, American Historian and educator. This engaging presentation will examine five common stereotypes historically assigned to women and highlight five influential women whose lives and achievements directly challenged and dismantled those narratives.
Through historical analysis and storytelling, students will gain a deeper understanding of the social barriers women have faced and the resilience, leadership, and innovation they have demonstrated across time. The event is open to all 6th period classes on a first-come, first-served basis, providing an opportunity for our school community to collectively reflect, learn, and celebrate the transformative impact of women in history
